YOGA FOR MOBILITY
We focus on joints, muscles, and tendons using myofascial release, self massage, and yoga postures to find areas of restriction or areas that need strengthening. Use the breath to move with intention, intelligence, and joy through self assessment of your body’s range and end range of motion. For students of all levels.
DYNAMIC YOGA FUNDAMENTALS
Our attention is directed to the sensations of the body, while staying aware of thoughts and emotions. Practice progresses gradually in both effort and complexity, in movement and in stillness. Students are guided to continuously monitor their levels of effort and stability to find the right balance for them. For students of all levels.
YOGA FOR STRENGTH
An energizing class that offers a combination of sustained, strengthening postures to challenge physical and mental limits. Postures may include arm balances and inversions. This class assumes that students have cultivated prior training in yoga where the relationship between breath and movement is understood.
We honor the fundamental aspects of yoga (breathe, meditation, and movement); however, this class focuses on movement. Think physical, challenging, strength, flow, Ashtanga elements. For those who have a good understanding of basic yoga postures and would like to explore a wider variety of poses and styles.

Tanto para la comunidad latina como para quienes quieran practicar o aprender español a través del yoga. Clases adaptadas para todos los niveles, principiantes o expertos, donde por medio de asanas (posturas de yoga) trabajamos flexibilidad, resistencia equilibrio y relajación, desintoxicándonos física, mental y emocionalmente. Ven y recárgate con la energía del yoga y el encanto del español. El valor de la clase es por donación voluntaria, que ni el idioma o el costo te impida hacer tu práctica.

Classes are apt for all levels, beginners or experts, here through asanas (yoga postures) we will work on flexibility, resistance, balance and relaxation, detoxifying ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally.
