Join us for a unique class that combines yoga for relaxation and essential oils. Essential oils are organic compounds extracted from plants and used for relaxation, beauty care, home cleaning, and for healing purposes (often called aromatherapy). Aromatherapy is a holistic treatment seeking to improve physical, mental, and emotional health.
Yoga and aromatherapy go together to improve your overall wellbeing. In this class, gentle yoga postures, breath work, and inner awareness will be practiced to enable students to feel calmer, connected, and balanced. No prior yoga experience is required. All levels are welcome. Please do not wear chemical-based perfumes or lotions.
