MINDFULNESS MEDITATION WITH MIKE: This class/group includes two periods of sitting meditation split by 10 minutes of walking meditation. Mindfulness meditation attunes the mind's attention to the present moment through concentrating on the breath and other sensations of the body. Beginners and experts are invited to join. Instruction will be provided for beginning meditators. Please arrive 10 minutes early to be ready to begin meditation at 7:00pm. To pay for the space, a donation of $3-5 is requested, but not expected.
